Fellowship and Inspiration

The Cathedral of the Pines in Rindge, New Hampshire, is a national memorial dedicated to the memory and honor of all Americans who serve the nation.

The New Hampshire DAR Cathedral of the Pines Service offers people from around the state, and across the country, the opportunity to come together for a time of fellowship and inspiration. On the eve of the service, the Cathedral Banquet is hosted by the State Regent.

The next morning, guests drive to the Cathedral of the Pines, an outdoor chapel located in the majestic Monadnock region of Rindge, New Hampshire. The New Hampshire State Organization DAR state chaplain has hosted an annual memorial service since 1947. Each year, a National Society officer or other distinguished guest, brings an inspiring message for guests to contemplate. The service is followed by the Chaplain's Luncheon held at a nearby venue.

These events are all open to the public. The service, which begins at 11:00 a.m., requires no reservation and is free. The meals require advance registration.

The 2022 Cathedral of the Pines service will be held August 4-5.  Contact us for additional information.
